London Corinthians: Joining Corinthians & Renewals

Joining London Corinthians
We ask guests who are thinking of joining our club to come along to three meetings at London Corinthians as a guest before signing up. This is because we believe it takes about three visits to fully understand what being a member of Toastmasters means and we want all new members to feel as passionately about becoming a really good public speaker, as we do.
To join London Corinthians, the following paperwork should be completed:
2. Complete a cheque made payable to 'London Corinthians Toastmasters' for a sum as determined below
Price
£20 joining fee
£47 for a half year, running April - September and October - March
Membership fees are paid on a 6-monthly basis. If joining more than half way through a year, we ask that the £47 subscription for the following half-year is paid. If joining more than half way through a month, the following month will be used as the joining date and the fee will be computed accordingly. For example, if an application form is submitted at the second meeting in May or the first meeting in June, then membership dues are calculated pro rata from June - September, plus the joining fee.
Completed forms and cheques (made payable to London Corinthians Toastmasters), should be handed to the Vice President Membership at a meeting or sent to his home address.
Renewal of membership for existing members
Fees are calculated at £47 for a half year (Apr-Sept or Oct-Mar).
For dual membership (ie membership of London Corinthians and another Toastmasters' club) the cost will be the total of the monthly dues for each club. Dues are paid to each club separately but only one initial joining fee is required (payable to your main club). Cheques should be made payable to 'London Corinthians Toastmasters' and sent with a covering note to the Vice President Membership.
Whilst every effort is made to provide speaking slots for members within a reasonable timescale, London Corinthians is a popular club so we do appreciate your patience. However, should you wish to fast-track to attain Competent Communicator (CC), Competent Leader (CL) or Advanced Toastmaster (ATM) status, you may wish to consider:-

Approach other London clubs to request a speaking slot (in return for acting as a functionary at another meeting). However, as we do like to know our members well, please deliver at least speeches 1, 2, 9 and 10 at London Corinthians!
